How to get more PWS to involve to speaking in front of classes for students ?

Hi Russ Another question I had : how to involve more PWS from different therapies to get involved into speaking in front of classes of students SLP. We allready placed on our site to get more PWS to get over their fear to speak in front of little groups, but we still get only 3 or 4 pws to speak onto 30 to 50 students (unless it's impossible for their work or familiar life).
