Last week, the RI chapter of the NSA visited my class. It was a really fun and enlightening experience at the same time. It was interesting to learn about their lives and their perspectives on stuttering. It is one thing to see documentaries about stuttering, but I think this is a much better way to learn and understand what it's like to be a person who stutters. Great idea!
