The first thing you need to do is to go to http://www.westutter.org/ and click on "Find an NSA meeting near you" at the bottom of the home page. There may already be a chapter in your town or nearby and you may not even know it. If there isn't a chapter near you, contact me off line at russhicks@mail.com and I'll put you in contact with the right people. Where do you live?
