Dear Sandra Merlo, It is known that the fluency, not only of the speech but of many others brain functions, is a skill that progressively spoils in cases of Parkinson's disease. So, if there is some region of the brain that could be implicated more straightly in implementation of this skill which we call of "fluency", isn't probable that it's the same implicated in Parkinson's? Congratulations for your excellent article.
