Thank you Sandra for this article. As an SLP student I have been exposed to PWS as well as other fluency issues, but not until reading this article did I see that disfluent does not always mean stutter. In a previous question you mentioned looking for history of ADHD. Do you see/feel that there is a strong connection between ADHD and Fluency? Also, if the ADHD is controlled by medication does the fluency increase? Thank you, J. Worrall Minn. State - Mankato Undergrad
