Previous to reading your article I was not aware of such an expanded definition for fluency I thought that an interesting point was brought up when you said that "Fluency just happens, without the person being able to explain why and how." I had never thought of it that way before. It makes a lot of sense to call fluency a skill, especially because it does not carry over to all situations. Thank you for a great and informative article.
