Dear, I’m not sure I understood your question. I understood that you think people should not use interjections or disfluencies. If this is the case, recent researches have suggested that disfluencies help people to maintain fluency and not to loss fluency. So disfluencies are very useful in language production and cannot be totally eliminated. Best regards, Sandra
