Michael, thank you. I love to hear from SLP professionals who are deriving value from my story. That means a lot. During the really difficult moments, I rely on one or two close friends, and share my feelings. Not always easy, because for years I didn't like to share my feelings, thinking it made me too vulnerable. I hid my emotions as well as my stuttering. I post frequently to the Covert list serv group, which helps. And I also have a super support person in my life right, who is helping me confront some of my demons and helping me realize I am a good person even with my baggage. My goal is to be able to own that completely myself. I am close! --Pam
