Hi Pam! Thank you very much for sharing such a wonderful story! I just finished a chapter that emphasized the importance of providing therapy for children who stutter emphasizing individuals who stutter who have not let it interfere with their goals and aspirations, because it doesn't need to. I also read a reaearch article that dealt with the victimization of bullying and teasing people who stutter my face. What helped you gain the confidence to respond in the manner you did with your supervisor? And have there been any other situations where you stood up for yourself in a time where people were judging you because you were a person who stuttered? Many articles have addressed the importance of role-playing. I was wondering if there was something that really helped you develop the ability to stand your ground.
