Iman, thanks for the feedback. It has not been without help that I have reached this point in my life. Being involved in self-help has been huge for me, to just realize that I am one of many who happens to have unique way of talking. As a future SLP, I would recommend you to advise clients to get involved with self-help. The group process is very supportive and, as has been in my case, life changing. --Pam
