You raise an excellent point, Catherine, and you might read Klaas Bakker’s comments on this subject above. Hearing loss resulting from prolonged use of the SpeechEasy at unsafe volume levels is quite possible but, unfortunately, I'm not aware of any research that has examined this topic. I would be very interested to know if this is occurring and hopefully we’ll be seeing those studies in the near future.
