You are limiting a stutterers hope greatly when it is inferred that fluency shaping and stuttering modification therapies or a combination therapies offer the best hope for a stutterer. Just a suggestion: Expand your training. They may have been your best therapy, but there are many many of us who have been harmed by those therapies. Have you ever considered John Harrison's idea's? He doesn't suggest stutterers use the techniques you claim. You say not to focus on which therapy is better, yet you imply they are the best therapy options when put together. Sounds kinda double talk.
