Do we say that Joe Biden used to stutter, a former stutterer, a recovered stutterer, or still a stutterer? What about Bruce Willis, James Earl Jones, or Julia and Eric Roberts. Do those famous people mind being called a stutterer or prefer the term "used to stutter"? I believe Bill Walton calls himself a "recovered stutterer" and it is too bad Bill Walton doesn't do more for the stuttering community since his voice is so famous now! Why doesn't him???
