Thank you so much for your article. I think that what you described is a great way to break the ice with a CWS and also a fun way for them to learn about their speech. You spoke about going through the alphabet to get the client comfortable with the sounds,however, if the client only seems to display problems with plosives for example, would you still work on all the other sounds? And if so, do you start with what gives them the most difficulty,or just the opposite? Also, as part of the activity you suggest that the client should explain to you what to do when you stutter. What do you do if during this explanation the client stutters... Do you jump in and provide help to the client? or do you let the client finish and then discuss the situation? I really enjoyed your podcast discussion about speech tools and where our mind goes when we stutter. It's nice to see a fellow Brooklynite! (where in Brooklyn do you work?) Thank you so much!
