I agree with everything you say in your article. Indeed Parents participation is very important for child's success. I have a qestion. What if parents are neglectful to their child? What if a child won't have a support from his/her caregiver? Nevertheless, he is willing to take a step to change his life and accept that he stutters. What you would do with situation like that? And is it possible fo a child to go through this change by himself? Thanks. Student of NYU.
