This clinical nugget is an absolute read for every speech language pathologists. In all areas of communication disorders, generalization and maintenance can only be achieved if there one practice's outside the clinical setting. Otherwise, a clinical-functional gap is created and all efforts may appear futile. Have you had any experienced with challenging adults? If yes, how did you go about the treatment process?
