Erika, have you already seen this video? http://www.overstream.net/view.php?oid=atnru8lnlxi5 It shows Oliver Sacks, great writer and neurologist, speaking on the power of the music to restore the fluency in persons with Parkinson's disease. The video makes us think about possible relations that exist among stuttering and basal ganglia disorders that affect the rhythm and the softness of movements. Very interesting!
