This article was very interesting. It's great to hear about different ways to treat this disorder especially from a different professional perspective. I was wondering about the assessments that you do.In the article it seemed like you are able to assess a fluency client and start therapy. Is it usually an SLP who assesses the client formally and then refers them to you or do you do some sort of assessment? Do you need a referral from an SLP first or are there other sources of referral prior to a formal assessment? Thanks for the great article!
