Hi. I am a Speech Language Pathology student at NYU Steinhardt. I am taking a course in Fluency Disorders with Prof Lee Caggiano. I found your article very interesting, as I have never thought about music therapy for treating stuttering. I am curious whether your clients feel nervous or embarrassed to sing in front of/with you. How do you create an environment where the client feels comfortable enough to sing? Also, when you work with SLPs, are they also involved and singing?
