Thank you for sharing your article, I had heard of someone interested in doing music therapy years ago but hadn't heard of it recently. It would be neat to see this done with a client. Have you tried music therapy for other communication disorders? The analogy of the person with the gait helped me to understand the idea behind this. Also, because singing is something that many people are not comfortable doing in front of others, how do you get someone to open up that much right away? Do you start with rote songs and then move to others to check for generalization? Thank you for your time!!
