Your article stood out among the articles for me because I had not even heard of this technique. As I read through the posts I had most of my questions answered save one. I know you mentioned there is not a lot of information for the long term effects. Have you in your practice seen continued success after therapy has stopped? I was under the assumption that many therapies for PWS often fail for long term improvement. For example, an auditory feedback device only working when in use or for a short time and often PWS revert back to stuttering as before the device.
