This is a great article, and got me thinking about music therapy in a way I never had before. I have observed music therapy for kids with cerebral palsy who were learning to walk, and saw how it helped them to time their steps. I guess I just never thought of using music therapy for persons who stutter, but it makes sense now because singing is a fluency facilitator, and can help to coordinate movement of the articulators and help to decrease anxiety.
