I think you have some good idea about clutterers. Clutterers often have organizational problems and are also usually unaware of their cluttering. I think we don't really understand the neurology of cluttering any better than we do that of stuttering but in many respects it seems to be almost a reverse of stuttering. Stutterers almost always know exactly what they want to say but clutterers often do not which is probably accounted for by their organizational skills in language terms.
