Thank you, Pamela, for sharing your helpful realizations about living and about changing, which some say is what life is all about. >>> Just a thought: In addition to concentrating on what you consider pleasant moment-by-moment, perhaps you also could take time to examine what you find unpleasant to discover why without accepting superficial responses, such as, "I don't like it." or "It's annoying." and the like, to dig deep. Then, you might come to welcome and embrace, at least the concept, "dislike" because examining experiences we initially resist can and will lead us to greater self-knowledge and, ultimately, more of what we like, if we allow it! I think you probably know that, but I wanted to share the thought that we gain the most when we accept all that is. Best, Ellen-Marie
