Ellen-Marie, Thanks for the additional insight. I am doing some of that - peeling the onion skin - so to speak. I am looking at things in my life that I never was wiling to do, due to fear and shame, and as you say, finding good in that as well. It took a traumatic event for me to see that my life is full and rich, directly because of some of the bad things that I experienced. If the bad had not happened, I would not be in the place I find myself today. Thanks again, Pam
