Ms. Silverman, the paper you wrote entitled "Happily Ever After" was truly enlightening. As I was reading, I began to relate to all of the emotions you had mentioned. I looked back at my life and realized how many times I was waiting to be happy. Instead of being grateful for the many blessings we are given at the present moment, we often focus on the anxiety, stress, illnesses, work or societal burdens that are placed on us. As someone who now chose to walk a path of happiness, what can you suggest to therapists to help their clients who stutter with the many frustrations and burdens they are dealing with? How can we help them find their path of happiness so they can look beyond their stuttered moments in order to enjoy the life they are living? Thank you ~Heather~
