[[I really enjoyed your article. What specifically happened in your life that helped you realize that happiness is found in acceptance not accomplishments?]] Dear Anonymous, I have been fortunate to discover happiness, for me (and I think others, too) comes with greater awareness of who and what I am and the recognition that being charitable, kind, if you will, toward myself and others grows happiness. That learning was/is experiential as well as didactic, a fortunate combination of both types. And it continues as a process that I think is without limit. >>> I hope you have been able to see the relationship of what I wrote about to the process of releasing oneself from a stuttering problem. Thank you for your interest and taking the time to dialogue a bit. Ellen-Marie Silverman
