[[Just one question that I thought of while I was reading: was/is there someone if your life that has helped you come to this view on "Happily Ever After"? Thank you for your insight and wisdom, I can see you have much to share. -Nichole]] Not one, Nichole, many!! Some, by their presence and behavior, taught me what and how to be, and some, by their presence and behavior, showed me what I did not want to be. If you don't know already, which I suspect you do, you will learn, Nichole, that who we are is so much more important to those around us than what we say. So, look around you. Identify people you most admire for the way they live their lives. Then try to find out how they became the person they are. That has been helpful to me in finding my way, especially when I was a young girl. Then, learn to listen to your own inner voice to let it help guide you on the path that is right for you. You may find yourself drawn to emulate an historical figure like the Buddha or a religious figure like Jesus the Christ. If so, do so without aping them. Your job is to discover your true Self and live it for the benefit of all. So, the long and short of it is: Be alert to those outside you and to the voice inside you, and you will find that many will help lead you. As it has been said, "A Teacher can open the door, but each of us must walk through it alone." All my best, Ellen-Marie Silverman
