[[I find that sometimes I struggle withcontinuing to think optimistically. How do you overcome those moments? Thank you for the insight.]] Well, let me suggest this, Michelle. Instead of struggling to think optimistically, consider being in the moment instead. Thinking optimistically means placing our attention on the future with the expectation that, no matter what form the future takes, all will be well. While we're thinking about the future in that way, we're missing out on the opportunities of the present because it seems as though our minds can not be focused in the present and the future at the same time. So, since our thoughts and actions in the present undisputably lead to our future, it seems wise to put our attention squarely in the present, except when we have to make an appointment of some sort or create a plan of some kind, where we have the opportunity to do what we can to help create a safe, productive future. Thank you for addressing this all too common matter especially in these especially uncertain economic times. Ellen-Marie Silverman
