Hi Ellen-Marie, Thank you for another delightful paper. The subject of 'Happiness' is very close to my heart. I wrote a speech about it earlier this year (of 8 minutes duration) and gave it with a great deal of passion in the penultimate round of the Association of Speakers Clubs' annual knock-out public speaking contest. It gained me a place in the UK finals in April. Wasn't it Franklin Roosevelt who said, "Most folk are about as happy as they make up their minds to be". We can choose to be happy, or we can choose to be unhappy, the same amount of effort is required. I choose the former every time. :-) Kindest regards Alan
