Anne Marie and Moussa, It is a great privilege to work alongside of you in the ISA. Your passionate work, with others, in Togo and Senegal is unparalleled. The people who stutter in those areas of Africa, and surrounding neighborhood will have been very impressed with your powerful and polished work. Africa owes you a debt of gratitude.
