Dear Rachel, Important question. Clearly, there is more information on stuttering available in English than in any other language because English has become THE international language. That's not surprising. But there is also much good information available in other languages. For example, there is a large body of literature in Russian, much of which has not been translated to English. That, of course, is also true of stuttering literature in French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish/Swedish/Norwegian, Hebrew, and so on. In some countries, such as India, there is a quite a lot of information available. In other countries, such as Cameroon, there is relatively less information available. We hope that our TKB website and discussion will be emulated by other emerging national self-help movements. That's one of the reasons we are making it available not only in Turkish, but in English as well. Hope this helps. Ken
