Dear Nomi, As you see in my reply to Pamela Mertz above in the threaded discussion, there are some differences that may be apparent in Turks' attitudes toward stuttering vs. those of Americans. However, they seem to be in some ways more accepting of stuttering than in the USA. Really, however, at this point, it is too soon to know for sure. Ken
