Great paper! What I found the most interesting was the study conducted in Belgium that found that "stuttering was almost four times more prevalent in children enrolled in special education programs." In the past recent decades the number of children who have been diagnosed with concomitant disorders has grown. Just out of curiosity, do you think this means the numbers of CWS will continue to grow larger as well to accompany the concomitant disorders?
