John and Jill, According to your article, there is no one therapy approach regarding stuttering problems with concomitant disorders. However, you mentioned that you use fluency modification and Program X for all of your clients. My question is: what is Program X about and why it can be used for all of your clients despite the fact that, for example stuttering with Asperger's Syndrome might be different from stuttering with Moya-Moya disease?
