Yvonne The simple answer is "each client is different and you have to look at the individual, their capacities, their motivation to communicate, which one interferes the most, etc.", and I really do live by that. However, I bet you want an answer. My answer is that in most cases I would work on both, or all three, etc. disorders at the same time. Our goal is communication and all aspects are dpendent on each other. Thanks for the question, John Tetnowski
