Lisa, According to some pretty good sources, both Arndt & Healy (2001) and Blood et al., 2003, report the percentage of CWS that also have articulation and language disorders to be around 45%. There is more detail in these papers, but I also refer you to Chapter 9 in the new Bloodstein and Bernstein Ratner text. Almost all of the information you requested is on those pages. The text is very dense, but a must-read for people serious about studying fluency disorders. Thanks and happy ISAD! John Tetnowski
