Dr. Williams, I thank you for this article, as I was able to apply your ideas not only to stuttering therapy, but to life in general. What a positive way to look at things. I am a SLP undergraduate student currently taking a course on fluency. I am a "beginner" as far as stuttering and therapy goes, but am very curious about this phenomenon of unplanned events leading to the elimination of stuttering. Do you have an idea of how frequently this occurs in PWS? Have you had religious clients who feel they can "pray their stuttering away"? If so, how, as a therapist and professional, would you deal with that? Thank you again for such an interesting article. -Katelyn
