Mr. Yaruss, when I first saw the title to your article, I thought about the story of The Three Bears. I think it is great that you use the analogies to help children understand that there are different ways to speak. I just think that it is a great idea and that it would really work. I also feel like sometimes we need a little extra help in understanding things, or at least I do, and that a little extra explanation goes a long way. I realize that it would make therapy a bit harder by adding the third step of “just right,” but I think that it is definitely needed for the child to get the full advantage of therapy. I greatly enjoyed your article.
