Hi Michelle - Thanks for the post. Generalization is one of the toughest challenges that clinicians face, particularly with very young ones. No, I'm afraid there are no tricks or secrets. It requires work over time and continuous support for the parents and child so they can make the necessary changes. Patience is the key ingredient in success, and structuring therapy (and time out of therapy) to give the child maximum support. S
