It is very important for the teachers, who have students who stutter in the classroom, obtain knowledge on stuttering. In terms of the emotional aspect is there anyway a speech therapist could go in the schools and have the teachers pseudo stutter? Maybe then the teachers would get a grasp at how the student feels. Maybe that would change their mind and not rush to stereotypical judgements.
