Greetings! This was a really interesting article for me. I am also from from a country where there are only a few speech-language pathologists. I have a few questions. What do you think would best change the attitudes of teachers on stuttering or the way they treat students who stutter? There are some students who are affected by the way teachers treat them. So how do you suggest we create awareness? A seminar for the teacher before the school year starts? A one-on-one session with the student to discuss his or her stuttering and how it should be handled? Also, in your opinion, what do you think the students would want from their teachers? According to your study, some teachers would act normally. Do you think that is what students would want? Do you think they want their teachers to act normally around them (but not ignore them) because they do not want to be treated differently? Or would they want to have teachers who would pay special attention to them (in a caring way) and assist them if they are having difficulty communicating? Thank you very much for your time!
