Hi Karissa, Thank you, so much, for taking the time to read my paper and provide feedback. Your contribution is greatly appreciated – it makes all the effort worthwhile. What was the turning point in my life? Without doubt, it was the moment that I adopted a new approach when I joined a stuttering management programme on May 4, 2000. The impact was so powerful that I even remember the exact date. (May the Fourth be with you):-) As I have already outlined the circumstances in my earlier responses to Judy (October 7) and Rebecca (October 9), may I respectfully suggest that you click on those two replies in order to glean further information. You might also wish to read the following article that I wrote in 2001 – “Stuttering is not just a speech problem”. It can be found on the Stuttering Homepage at: http://www.mnsu.edu/comdis/kuster/Infostuttering/badmington.pdf Karissa, I wish you every success with your studies. Kindest regards Alan
