I really enjoyed reading your post! I like how you compared your fear exercises with your fitness exercises. It is easy to go to the gym and see other people and compare yourself to them. Just like your speech. But, it's important to remember that we are all individuals and that no two people will look or talk exactly the same. It's important to embrace our uniqueness and appreciate who we are. Great story! :)
