Anita, Great article ! I am glad you finally got anrgy enough to take on your fears of stuttering! I really liked your analogy of training for stuttering being like training at the gym. It includes training and persistance. Doing anything correctly takes time and motivation, and it never hurts to have the support of loved ones! Are there any strategies in particular that you have found more helpful or motivating than others?
