The part about doing other things than worrying really hit home for me. I'm studying to be a SLP and in my fluency class we had an assignment to stutter in public. I was so afraid of the reactions that I was going to get from people that I was worried for days before I actually did my assignment. On the day of the assignment I woke up in a bad mood and was very worried about how it was going to go. Instead, I should have just been prepared for what might happen, and not worry and fear so much. A great lesson for every day life!”
