I never thought about meditation as a technique to deal with stuttering symptoms. That is a very interesting concept, and I am glad i read your article. I believe that focusing on the moment is really good advice for a person who stutters. If we focus too much on future speech, it may make what we are trying to say at that given moment a lot more difficult. I do not consider myself to be a person who stutters, but if i get too far ahead of myself, I find myself getting confused and having to start my sentence over again. Thanks!
