Stephan, Thank you for your paper, in which you share your journey toward mindfulness. I appreciate your sharing the journey, and how you grew in your understanding of meditation and mindfulness over the years. Mindfulness is such an important concept & practice, not only for those who stutter, but for those of us who are speech therapists, to help us learn to stay in the moment for ourselves, personally, and to assist us in focusing fully and in-the-moment with our clients.
