Dear Stefan, I practice mindfulness meditation myself. I'm not a PWS, but I found it has greatly increased my ability to be more aware of any challenge that arises without getting fixated on it, or on the fears/worries I project on it. Do you have similar experiences as regards stuttering? In other words, would you say the liberating effect of meditation is due to an increased ability to just let a stuttering moment arise and pass without adding any fear or avoidance to it?
