Dear Tobias I find that the main effect of mindfulness meditation that can help PWS is to become centered. Being centered means automatically having less speaking fears. It means also to be at the moment. To speak spontaniously and to connect with the people I am speaking to. And also, as you say, to watch the fear arise and pass away...Because I still experience rising of speaking fears. I do not know if they will disappear one day, but I do not care as they come now very occasionally and most of the time I am fluent.
